Harper is an adorable puppy looking for a loving home of her own. We think she is maybe a Jack Russell and/or a Beagle mix, she was born sometime in December 2014. She is amazingly sweet and friendly, absolutely loves kids and other dogs. She has not been tested with cats yet but otherwise she is a perfect little girl.
